So I was digging through my art files today, and what should I find but two entries from a previous Seventh Sanctum contest that I never actually put up on dA. "Incredible," says I, "I actually saved something!" So here's the first, and the second is over here: [link]

'Tis based off this description: "This serene magic knight's wide eyes are the color of autum leaves and his waist-length, curly, thick, yellow hair is worn in a military-style style. He has a thin build. He has technology powers that are focused through a sword. His odd, armor-like uniform is green and gray and it has strange edges to it."

I know the "military-style" hair doesn't exactly live up to its description, but it's hard when it's also supposed to be "waist-length". I figure that in his magical land the military wears there hair like that. So there.

Ah, the cotnest is over so I can comment!

You pretty much leveraged the description good - and gave him a sense of character. The outfit is exceptionally good - really detailed. He's a cosplayer DREAM.

Only nitpick - on the eyes, autumn leaves are usually brown

Thanks - though where a cosplayer would get their hands on a denim jumpsuit frankly baffles and disturbs me.

Hey, you're RIGHT! I totally thought I'd made them reddish-brown. Shows what happens when you rush things, I guess...
