Info: Bernardo is a bad guy. Period. His sole purpose in life is spreading pandemonium and wickedness through the medium of cuisine. He seeks to dominate and assimilate ANGRY KITCHEN CO., and ultimately to add it to his already substantial franchise, the Foundation of Unsavoury Chefs in Kitchens (a name chosen solely for its acronym, naturally).
